ASSISTANT ASSOCIATE PROGRAMMER

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS IT Degree/Diploma 0 – 1 years’ relevant experience. Mauritian Citizen

 

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Well organised, multi task skilled, professional mannerism and self-motivated.
Ability to perform tasks with attention to detail, precision and first time quality.
Ability to identify possible challenges and resolve problems.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills in English.
A good team player who is equally happy to work alone and with others.
Good mathematical aptitude.
Ability to work after hours if and when required.

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Understand and comply with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) Standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) pertaining to ClinData, its subsidiaries and customers.

Perform simple programming independently.

Perform complex programming with guidance and mentorship of senior staff.

Manage and meet personal and team objectives, timelines, responsibilities and deliverables.

Perform self-study to stay abreast of applicable technical and regulatory developments and risks.

Develop and maintain good communications and working relationships with team members across the Clin group of companies.

Deliver outcomes, in a performance driven environment, according to an in-house training plan, annual goal setting, and a personal performance and development plan.
