We are looking for an Accounts Clerk to perform a variety of accounting tasks.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
Inputs Accounts Payable data into the accounting system
Reconcile statements of accounts with supplier’s invoices.
Sending invoices for approval for payments, preparing cheques and despatch.
Preparation of costing for imports.
Filing of all accounting documents.
Assisting external auditors in their annual audit.
Assisting in stock take.
Support and assist Management in daily tasks.
Perform other cognate duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications & Experience
HSC Holder with Maths & Accounting.
Previous experience would be an advantage.
Conversant with Microsoft office package.
Pleasant personality & outgoing
Demonstrate high level of confidentiality.
Accuracy and attention to detail.
