The Service Desk provides end-users with the ability to log tickets and requests, acting as a single point of contact for all Applications, Infrastructure and specific 3rd Party related problems.
You have completed your secondary or tertiary education and you would like to work for a strong service-oriented organisation , with a strong focus on the Customer Service whilst being committed to exceeding customer expectations.
If you believe
you have a ‘can-do’ attitude.
you are self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised
you have a good working knowledge of MS Office & Windows XP/Windows7
you have 0- 36 months prior experience in the Customer Service industry
you have a basic trouble shooting abilities in the technical / Networking environment
you are fluent in both written and oral English and French
