RESPONSIBILITIES
To undertake front of house duties, including meeting, greeting and attending to the needs of guests
Be efficient in assisting guests throughout their stay with any requirements
Ensure high level of quality services are delivered to guests at all times
To be responsible for accurate and efficient accounts and guest billing processes
To undertake general office duties, including correspondence, emails, filing and switchboard, to ensure the smooth running of the reception area
EXPERIENCE
Minimum 2 years of experience in a 4* or 5* Hotel environment – strong familiarity with hotel management system Fidelio
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
A friendly and welcoming approach
Excellent interpersonal skills, including a pleasant telephone manner
Good administrative skills - Good team spirit
Fluent in both written and oral English and French -Knowledge of a third language would be an advantage
Be self-motivated, dynamic and predisposed to perform odd hours of work
Minimum SC as educational background or NTC 3 in related trades NTC 4/5 or alternative qualifications
