Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls
• Assist clients to get a quote online
• Assist clients to renew insurance online through “My Account”
• Attending to customer queries
• Providing emergency contact numbers to clients who need assistance
• Resolve customer complaints and urgent matter via phone
• Provide constructive feedback on operational procedure/ workflow for service enhancement and efficiency improvement
• Participate in ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned
• Conduct  basic data analytics on Social Media

Requirements:         

• HSC Holder (degree holder will be an advantage)
• Experience in customer service is a must
• Experience in call centre is preferred
• Good communication and customer handling skills and hardworking
• Good PC skills, fast and accurate typing
• Fresh graduates are welcome to submit their applications

  1st Shift: From 18:30 up to 02h00 a.m

  2nd Shift: 00h00 a.m to 8h30 a.m
