We are currently looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Assistant for one of our clients based in the North.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist with the day to day operations of the HR functions and duties;
- Provide clerical and administrative support to HR executives;
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.);
- Deal with employee requests regarding HR issues, rules, and regulations;
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (follow up regarding absences, leaves);
- Monitor employee performances and take necessary actions in case of poor performance;
- Prepare contract of employment, handle complaints and grievances
Your Profile:
- At least a degree in Human Resource Management;
- A minimum of 3 years working experience in the related field;
- Detail-oriented and organized;
- Strong communication (French and English) and customer service skills;
- Solid understanding of MS Office
