Your Main Duties:

• Designing, developing, testing and implementing Java web applications
• Involved in the analysis of functional requirements and participate in technical specifications
• Technical documentation including system/software requirements, design, code, algorithms, interface, and processes
• Code reviews and providing technical assistance to other software developers  as may be required
• Providing technical support on applications
• Researching and proposing alternative solutions/technologies

Your Profile:

• BSc in Computer Science or any related field
• At least 3-5 years hands-on experience in Java Development
• Experience with complex software development projects through all phases of the software development life cycle
• Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational, problem-solving and analytical skills with a strong interest on the functional aspects

Your IT Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of Java object oriented programming and design concepts
• Strong Proficiency in an object-oriented programming Language: Java or C++
• Solid Experience with Spring Framework 4.X (Core, Security, MVC, Boot, Integration, Batch and other)
• Experience with Java 8 and servlet, Security, Tx, JPA and SOAP/REST technologies
• Good knowledge of SQL, Databases (Oracle/PosgreSQL/ No SQL DB) and Java persistence frameworks (MyBatis) or ORM (Hibernate)
• Continuous Build approaches using tools such as Maven, SonarQube and Jenkins
• Source Control environments such as SVN or GIT.
• Java performance analysis and tuning is desired
• Frontend technologies : HTML5, CSS3, Javascript with AngularJS 1.x, JQuery, JQueryUi, Datatables, Highcharts, Bootstrap 2.0 = advantage
• Knowledge/Practice of agile methodologies like Scrum will be an advantage
• Agile methodologies like Scrum = advantage
