RHB Outsourcing Ltd, a GBC1 Software Company, is actually looking for 20 talented and results-driven technical sales support agents for its English Campaign.

You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer through inbound lead follow-up and outbound calls if any in order to boost revenue growth objectives, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

REQUIREMENTS

-       Ability to work on shift system – 5 days a week - from Monday to Sunday; including weekends and public holidays. Hours of work: 18:00 pm to 3:00 am.

-       Fluent in English.

-       Strong phone presence.

-       Ability to provide excellent customer service assistance.

-       Computer literacy skills.

-       Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.

-       Highly motivated and target driven.

TRAINING AND SALARY

-       Basic salary: Rs 9,000 to Rs 18,000, based on experience (excluding transport refund, and other incentives).

-       Internal training provided on both product and accent (7 to 14 days of internal training based on experience).

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

-       Top commissions matrix and benefits based on targets.

-       Additional incentives (weekend allowance, punctuality bonus).

-       May require to work longer hours, i.e. after 3:00 am.

-       First day of employment: 21^st of September 2017.
