We are looking for an Assistant Client Service/Production Coordinator for one of our clients.

DESCRIPTION

• Assist Client Service Department and digital department in day-to-day projects and follow-up with the production department:

-          Follow up of amendments on artwork with the Creative Department and liaising with Clients whenever necessary

-          Follow up with the Creative Department for material request after media approval

-          Follow up with the Production Department and suppliers for quote requests, checkup of quotes with production requirements

• Assist media planner in day-to-day projects:

-          Work on media plans

-          Bookings as per approved media plans

-          Any other media related duties

-          Press cuttings

• Responsible for the planning of photo shooting and audiovisual production for both advertising and digital departments :

-          You will liaise with the model and photographer/production house,

-          Ensure that photographers/production house are briefed by art director or creative director

-          Make sure that all props, models and location are organized for shooting

-          Be present during photo shooting, to ensure smooth running of project

• Administrative Tasks:

-          Driver’s planning

-          Purchasing: Stationery & Office supplies

-          Internal communication

 Any other cognate duties deemed by the Managing Director.

REQUIREMENTS

• HSC with an Admin background or
• Diploma or Degree in Communication/Public Relations/ Media/ Marketing
• Preferably experience in the field of advertising
• Holder of a valid Driving license
• Living in the vicinities of Curepipe, Vacoas
• Excellent communication skills
• Very fluent in English and French
• Ability to work odd hours
• Mature, autonomous and serious
