Assist in the planning and delivering of efficient technical training to enhance overall workmanship, productivity and efficiency of workshop technicians.

Qualification & Knowledge

• Diploma / Degree in Motor Vehicle or in Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering
• At least 1 – 3 years technical training experience within the motor industry is required for this position.
• Well versed in IT and MS Office systems
• A valid car driving licence

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and delivery of technical training to the workshop technicians
• Conduct technical assessments and compiling progress reports
• Produce training schedules and classroom agenda
• Prepare training materials
• Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed
• Observe and evaluate results of training programs
• Ability to interpret and explain technical specifications of motor vehicles and parts
