Our Client is seeking to recruit a Life Administrator
Responsibilities:
. Prepare client quotations
. Monitor client applications up until policy issue
. Generate Progress Reports for allocated Brokers
. Address Broker inquiries in a clear and timely manner
. Issue policy schedules within the agreed turnaround time
. Ensure proper follow up on Broker inquiries where necessary
. Assist in developing and maintaining our administration system
. Process New Business Applications within the agreed turnaround times
. Ensure that procedures are adhered to when following up on applications
. Issue Broker login details to access the quote system and assist Broker where necesssary
. Liaise with underwriters and ensure that client applications are processed in a timely manner
. Ensure that the administration system is updated with clients' information, documents application or client updates
. Assist Administration Manager in quality control checks on all aspects of the company Life business
. Assist Administration Manager in training new recruits
. Any other duties, as requested by the Management.
Profile:
. HSC / Degree
. At least 2 years experience in a similar position
. Computer literate
. Fluent in French and English both written and spoken
. Outgoing personality
. Open minded
. Able to step outside the box
. Pay attention to details
