Reporting to the GM and the Resort Manager, the successful candidate will ensure a professional customer service to the clients in a timely manner.
Main responsibilities:
- Perform Front desk of the Operation center.
- Take Reservations and all related implications.
- Understand and properly communicate to:
- Guests on the availability and extent of services (Accommodation, Concierge, etc…)
- Owners on the extent of our services.
- Do some administrative functions.
- Drive initiatives and recommendations to capture more bookings.
Qualification:
- Minimum HSC.
- 2-3 years’ experience within the hospitality sector in a similar position.
Candidate profile:
- Customer oriented
- Good communication skills, English and French (oral and written)
- Conscientious, meticulous and Organize
- Good with Excel
