To oversee production and provide technical support

1.To optimize the production line;
2.To optimise plant and equipment;
3.To perform quality control on production and ensures products are conform to standards;
4.To ensure products are available for delivery to clients;
5.To ensure operation of equipment by calling for repairs, evaluating new equipment and techniques;
6.To organize and direct preventive and curative maintenance works;
7.To draft and ensure that the maintenance planning is adhered to;
8.To ensure that spare parts for plants are available for maintenance works;
9.To supervise the work of sub contractors;
10.To ensure historical follow up of maintenance works carried out.
11.To draft daily report on the following:
a.	Timekeeping of employees;
b.	Supplies;
c.	Plants;
d.	Sub-contractors;
e.	Production;
12. To perform necessary billing to suppliers, sub contractors and clients;
13.To compare output to planned budget (revenue, expenses, margin, etc)
