A Corporate Service Provider based in Ebene is looking for an experience Company Secretary for its Corporate Management department.
Key Duties / Responsibilities:
• Organise board and shareholders’ meetings
according to set requirements
• Carry out statutory filings in compliance with the
laws and regulations
• Prepare minutes of board meetings as per required
standards
• Prepare resolutions, extract of minutes and extract
of resolutions for follow-up action
• Keep companies’ statutory registers up to date
• Maintain logs of agreements for reference
purposes
• Provide the Directors with guidance as to their
duties, responsibilities and powers for the efficient
running of board meetings
• Assist shareholders and directors on matters related
to company legislation
Education and Experience
• A bachelor’s degree in law, management or any other related field or
• ICSA level 2
• At least 3 years’ working experience in a similar role
• Experience in written French for all Company Secretarial matters will be advantage
