MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing positive internal and external client relationships;
• Preparing timely and accurate Net Asset Values;
• Performing fund allocations, including capital calls, distributions, capital accounts and waterfall calculations;
• Calculate investment and fund performance (Gross and Net IRR)
• Supporting the transfer agency/investor services functions;
• Preparing financial statements in line with GAAP/IFRS standards and liaising with auditors to manage the audit process;
• Reviewing private equity fund clients’ constitutive documents including limited partnership agreements and PPMs
• Supporting cash management, and preparing payment instructions;
• Developing and improving standard workflows;
• Assist with training of new staff members;
• Preparation of tax computations and filing of tax returns;
• Supporting projects and other ad-hoc requests as required
