Our client is seeking for a passionate and dynamic Business Unit Manager who has the ability to deliver extraordinary levels of customer service and provide creative solutions to the guests.
Responsibilities
Manage the Destination Services sub units;
Manage the activities and services level of the hotel representatives;
Guide and coach the hotel representatives concerning products and sales objectives as well as service delivery standards;
Direct and control the activities of the Local Sales team;
Be the point of contact in case there are any issue concerning guest and coordinate actions with other departments;
Be accountable for the portfolio of activities / products for maintenance of documentation;
Supervise and assist the Head Logistics in managing the planning team;
Control and give guidance to optimize resources;
Manage actively to ensure that resources are maintained, repaired and available for operations;
Ensure reports / schedules are submitted on time for analysis and review;
Be the point of contact with AML and Airport authorities;
Maintain the good professional image of the company and promote position relations with all principals, partners and suppliers of the tourism industry and authorities.
Profile
Degree in Tourism/Business/Marketing Management
At least 3 to 4 years’ experience in a similar position, ideally within the Destination Management Company;
Computer literate;
Be fluent in English and French;
Proactive approach and strong drive for results;
Flexibility and high level of integrity;

Effective communication.
